Sometimes it’s helpful to see the view from 30,000 feet. We try to bring you the weekly report for Sea Isle, Avalon, and Stone Harbor each week and this is no exception. However, we also receive reports on about the 15th of each month produced by our brokerage Long & Foster that assess the full data for the previous month. So last week, we received the reports for May. As a bonus, we also publish those reports for Ocean City and The Wildwoods and not just Sea Isle and Stone Harbor & Avalon.
