The Burke & Co. Weekly Market Report for Avalon, Sea Isle, and Stone Harbor– Week Ending May 1, 2021

However, the report that seems most relevant this week is the weather report. Sunday May 2 was in the upper 80s with sun and almost no wind prompting a mid-summer like crowd on some of out local beaches. If you want a summer day without the summer crowd this coming Tuesday might be your shot.
