The Burke & Co. Weekly Market Report for Avalon, Sea Isle, and Stone Harbor– Week ending March 27, 2021

It’s not surprising looking at Avalon, Sea Isle, and Stone Harbor that the highest price you can find this week is a Stone Harbor property listed just a tic shy of a cool $12 million. However, you might be very surprised to find that the lowest price tags this week are in Avalon. Not one, not two, not three, but a surprising 4 condos went under contract this week there with asking prices in the wee $300,000s.

Of course, if you’re more interested more by transaction activity than just prices the town link that holds the most excitement is Sea Isle, as is almost always the case in the spring. If you follow the market there, you’ll notice that the properties that settled this week and therefore went under contract on average about 45-60 days ago look like good prices compared to what’s available now.
