SEA ISLE INVENTORY EXPLODES!!! Alright, we do think that headline is coming, but– although it was technically true this week– the reason was a one-off event as the management of The Dunes made the decision to sell off 10 of the condos that they had been using as rental properties. So we guess the smart money is selling right now? It does make for an interesting moment in time where buyers finally have a few choices this Spring. At least for a few days. If $850,000 is a little rich for your blood for a 3 BR condo in Sea Isle, we’re excited to have just listed this gem for $575,000. Meanwhile, Stone Harbor and Avalon remain true to form. Ocean City and Sea Isle have always had there busiest buying seasons in the spring. 7 Mile Island tends to have its biggest uptick in the summer. Of course, some believe that when everybody is buying you should be selling and when everybody is selling you should be buying. So if you have 7 Mile Island dreams, this might be a good time to act.
