We took last week off for the Easter holiday and did not publish a weekly market report. The Avalon, Sea Isle, and (to a lesser extent) Stone Harbor markets did not take off any time though. Things remain intensely active and prices continue to climb. For reference and to demonstrate the point, you can find a new listing in Avalon asking an astonishing $22.9 million, a bayfront in Sea Isle that is now under contract with an asking price of $4 million, and an entirely unremarkable vacant lot on the unremarkable 100 block of 83rd St. in Stone Harbor that sold for $2.155 million.
