Discrimination in RE Financing

We kick off our series on real estate financing with an examination of the effects when people are unfairly denied it. April celebrates the 55th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act of 1968. America systemically, individually, and sub-consciously has discriminated against people of color in the housing market. The roots of that discrimination were in a government policy originating in the 1930s.

As always, find links below for everything listed, put under contract, or sold in Sea Isle, Avalon & Stone Harbor, The Wildwoods, Ocean City, and Upper Township (includes Strathmere).
