A windy run on the beach might be appropriate since this week John mentions that– on the ground anecdotally– real estate agents are sensing a change in the direction of the winds. It’s difficult to say if this is a new tide or merely a passing wave, but there has undoubtedly been an uptick in buyer activity in the last 7-10 days.
