Spring 2025 Was Extremely Slow by Historic Standards
Despite only about a third the number of houses went under contract this Spring in Sea Isle City compared to the highest total years in the last ten, we have not seen prices decline even slightly. Inventory just remains too low. Here are some numbers for reference looking at the first 5 months in each of the last ten years:
