FOR OWNERS WHO RENT OR WANT TO RENT THEIR PROPERTY:

If you already have a signed listing agreement on file with us, the first thing to do is to check the accuracy of the amenities, description, and photos for your property. Go to lfvacations.com and use the search by address box highlighted in this below screen capture. Please contact us to change any inaccuracies or request updated photos, etc.

If you already have a signed listing agreement from a previous year on file with us, and all your amenities and photos are up to date and accurate, you can use our rate submission form to quickly send us your 2025 rates: https://johnburkeandco.com/summer-rental-rates/

Owners who want to start renting with us for the first time should complete and sign a listing agreement. Existing owners can use this method as well if they prefer. Completed agreements can be emailed to your agent or to the team at [email protected] or dropped off or mailed to the office at 4914 Landis Ave., Sea Isle City, NJ 08243.

All owners renting with Long & Foster need an IRS W-9 form on file. A blank W-9 can be obtained here: W-9 form
