Congrats to Chris McGurk and Laura Watts!

A big shout out to our vacation rental leasing agents Laura Watts and Chris McGurk. This week they were recognized at a regional annual awards ceremony by Long & Foster at Chase on the Riverfront in Wilmington, DE as top 5 producers in vacation rentals ACROSS THE ENTIRE LONG & FOSTER COMPANY. We rent from North Carolina all the way up to here in southern NJ so it’s a huge accomplishment. And since the top spot was taken by a team that rents together as a unit, Chris and Laura were actually the two top-producing individual agents in all of LNF.

Laura wrote 576 leases with a volume north of $3.3 million. Chris was just shy of 500 written leases and posted a volume of almost $2.6 million. Congrats to both of them!
