Hopefully you priced your prime weeks correctly. If you are unsure, make it a point to talk to us before you establish your rental rates for next season. However, it’s really the “outside” weeks that generally determine whether your shore rental has a good season or a GREAT one.

Memorial weekend is an opportunity to pad your income. However, it does require making a decision to break two weeks apart. A rented weekend–covering the amount one of those weeks is worth– is a better result than two empty weeks. We break it down in this video.
