As to be expected in the spring, there was a lot of activity: 16 new listings or price changes, 16 homes put under contract, and 25 settlements across the three towns. Highlights include a $5.3 million Sea Isle City bayfront single listed on the highly desired south side of 47th Place, an Avalon condo sold for the incredibly low price of $410,000, and an active Stone Harbor listing which has been unsold since October deciding the right move was to raise its asking price from $6.2 to $6.5 million.
